  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
  • Annual plans receive renewal reminder notices before renewal billing.
  • Customers receive order confirmations and billing receipts by email.
  • Customers may manage or cancel subscriptions through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation requests stop future renewals but do not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless required by law.

Account Access & Cancellation

  • Cancellation access remains available even if a subscription is active.
  • Users retain access through the remainder of their active billing period unless otherwise stated.

  • Customer data is used to operate, improve, personalize, and secure SHBE Strategist™.
  • SHBE Strategist™ does not sell personal information to third parties.
  • Users may request access to or deletion of eligible personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • Payment information is handled securely through Stripe and is not stored directly by SHBE Strategist™ servers.
  • Platform activity, strategist history, execution tracking, and related operational data may be stored to improve user continuity and system functionality.

California Consumer Rights
