FREE TOOLS AND RESOURCES
We may offer free digital tools, downloadable materials, worksheets, and software features—including but not limited to the Empire Starter tool and Operator Hub resources.
These materials are provided for informational and educational purposes only and are offered “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Use of free tools does not create any obligation for ongoing support, updates, or availability. We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue these resources at any time without notice.
These resources do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice, and we make no guarantees regarding outcomes or results.
Services may evolve over time.
3. Account Responsibility
If you create an account, you agree to:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the selected plan.
Charges automatically renew on the same billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
6.2 Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account portal or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund amounts already paid.
Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
6.3 No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Partial billing periods are not prorated.
6.4 Founding Member Pricing
Founding Member pricing is a limited promotional offer available to early customers.
This rate remains in effect while:
• The subscription remains active
• The account remains in good standing
• The original plan is maintained
If the subscription is canceled, downgraded, or changed to a different plan, Founders pricing may be forfeited.
Founders pricing does not automatically transfer between tiers.

In rare circumstances affecting service operation or sustainability, pricing adjustments may occur with reasonable notice.
6.5 Price Changes for New Subscribers
We may change subscription pricing for new customers at any time.
