This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. GENERAL

All orders are subject to product availability.

While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, discrepancies may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we may:

  • Ship the available items and notify you regarding the remainder

  • Offer a refund for the unavailable portion

  • Cancel the order if necessary

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.


2. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Dimensions

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

Shipping fees are displayed before final payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the shipment is incorrect due to our error.


3. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During product launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.


4. DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Estimated transit time: 2–7 business days

International Shipping

Estimated transit time: 4–22 business days

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

SHBE is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been transferred to the shipping provider.


5. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We may be unable to modify orders once processing begins.

SHBE is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned due to address error, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


6. P.O. BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

We ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes via USPS

  • APO/FPO military addresses via USPS

Some courier services may not deliver to these locations.


7. LIMITED RELEASES AND PRE-ORDERS

For limited drops, pre-orders, or made-to-order items:

  • Production timelines may vary

  • Estimated ship dates are subject to change

  • Delays due to manufacturing or supply chain issues may occur

Once fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.


8. TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear.

SHBE is not responsible for delays in tracking updates.


9. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photographic evidence

Approved claims may result in replacement or refund at our discretion.


Lost Packages in Transit

If tracking shows the package is lost before delivery:

We will initiate a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund is issued after confirmation of loss.


Delivered but Not Received (Porch Theft)

If tracking indicates the package was delivered to the provided address, SHBE is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.

Customers should contact the carrier and local authorities for assistance.


10. DUTIES AND TAXES (INTERNATIONAL)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If duties or taxes are refused:

  • The shipment may be returned to us

  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs and any return fees


11. CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Bundle purchases and promotional offers are final sale and not eligible for cancellation once processed.

12. RISK OF LOSS

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the carrier.

SHBE is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs delays

  • Weather disruptions

  • Address errors

  • Delivery issues after confirmed delivery

Claims must be handled in coordination with the carrier.
