Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions, pre-orders, and recurring purchases offered by Side Hustles Build Empires LLC (“SHBE”).

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain products or services may be offered on a subscription basis, including digital services such as SHBE Strategist or recurring product deliveries.

When you purchase a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.

  • Charges occur at the frequency selected at checkout.

  • Your payment information is stored securely through our payment processor.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

By purchasing a subscription, you consent to automatic recurring billing.

For California residents, auto-renewal disclosures comply with California Business & Professions Code §17600 et seq.

How to Cancel a Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

Cancellation must occur before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

If cancellation occurs after a billing charge has processed, that billing period is non-refundable unless required by law.

Access to digital subscription services will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order is a purchase for an item not currently in inventory but scheduled for release.

When you place a pre-order:

  • We may collect full payment, partial payment, or authorization at checkout.

  • Fulfillment and shipping will occur at a future date once inventory becomes available.

Estimated shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may be subject to production or supply delays.

Pre-Order Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order:

  • Before the order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Once a pre-order has shipped, it is treated as a standard order and subject to our Return Policy.

If production has begun or inventory has been allocated specifically to your order, cancellation may be denied.

BUNDLES AND PROMOTIONAL OFFERS

Bundle purchases and promotional multi-item offers are final sale.

Bundle purchases cannot be canceled once processed.

If a bundle order has not yet been fulfilled, cancellation requests may be reviewed at our discretion.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, downloads, and software access purchases are final sale.

Once access has been granted, cancellation and refund are not available unless required by law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS (GENERAL)

We process orders quickly.

If you wish to cancel a standard order (non-bundle, non-pre-order), contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our Return Policy (if eligible).

FRAUD AND ABUSE

We reserve the right to deny cancellation requests if:

  • Abuse of discount systems is detected

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected

  • Multiple cancellation patterns indicate misuse
