Refund policy

Side Hustles Build Empires LLC (“SHBE”) offers returns for eligible apparel items only. Digital products and subscription services are generally non-refundable.


1. 14-Day Return Policy (Individual Apparel Items Only)

We accept returns for individual, full-price apparel items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn and unused

  • Original condition required

  • Tags must be attached

  • Original packaging required

  • Proof of purchase required

Items showing wear, washing, alteration, odor, or damage will not be accepted.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, contact:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to return

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Bundles and Promotional Offers — Final Sale

All discounted bundles and multi-item promotions are final sale.

Examples include:

  • 2 for $45

  • 3 for $60

  • Hoodie + Tee bundle

  • Tank bundles

  • Any promotional multi-item discount

These purchases are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


4. Sale Items — Final Sale

Items marked as sale, clearance, or discounted are final sale.


5. Digital Products & Subscription Services

All digital products, downloadable materials, and subscription payments — including SHBE Strategist access — are non-refundable once delivered or activated, except where required by law.

Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not refund prior payments.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Photographic evidence may be required.

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for bundle or promotional purchases.

For eligible individual items, you may return the item and place a new order separately once approved.


8. Refund Processing (Approved Returns Only)

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing time depends on your financial institution


9. Lost or Refused Shipments

SHBE is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout or for shipments refused by the customer.


10. Abuse and Excessive Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, reselling activity, or excessive return behavior.


11. Chargeback Protection

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks for:

  • Items not meeting return conditions

  • Final sale purchases

  • Subscription charges made in accordance with our Terms of Service
